Leasing Terms
The typical lease term is one year. We may be able to accommodate leases of shorter duration, however short term rent premiums may apply.
Renters Insurance
Renters insurance is the only way to protect your belongings in the event of an insurable loss. Renters Insurance is required at Lilly Preserve Apartments. Please feel free to contact us with questions.
